某高硫难选铜矿石选矿试验研究

摘    要:针对某高硫铜矿石、铜矿物嵌布粒度较细、硫矿物嵌布粒度较粗,铜矿物与白铁矿、黄铁矿等矿物共生关系密切等特点,采用混合浮选、混合精矿活性炭脱药分离、中矿再磨再选的分步选别工艺,取得了良好的选别指标。闭路试验获得了铜精矿铜品位为18.36%,铜回收率为91.29%;硫精矿硫品位为36.78%,硫回收率为86.60%的选别指标,铜精矿中金、银含量分别为4.39g/t和22.62g/t,达到了计价标准。

Researches on Certain Rebellious High-sulfur Copper Ores

Abstract:To certain high-sulfur copper ores, the disseminated grain size of copper ores are fine while sulfur minerals are coarse. Copper ores, marcasite, pyrite and other sulfur minerals have a close associated relationship with each other. The research based on bulk flotation, bulk concentrate remove reagent with carbon powder and middlings regrinding flotation. The research achieved fine floatation indexes. Closed circuit experiments show that Cu in copper concentrate is 18.36%, the recovery ratios of Cu is 91.29%; S in sulfur concentrate is 36.78%, the recovery ratios of S is 86.60%; The Au and Ag in copper concentrate is 4.39g/t and 22.62g/t, which up to standard.
