| 摘 要： | 通过对进丝过程中铁丝的受力分析,提出一种能满足进丝力要求的进丝机构,即在齿轮齿面上开槽,铁丝穿在此槽内,通过弹簧对齿轮压紧力产生的摩擦力作用于铁丝,使铁丝前进,实现进丝动作。

| Abstract: | Through the stress calculate of wire during the feeding of wire, the feeding device is introduced to make wire go ahead by the friction between the wire and gear. There is a groove on the tooth face, and the wire is in the groove. |
