摘    要:以某水电站泄洪洞平板闸门为实例,依据水弹性模拟原理研制了水弹性模型,对平板闸门不同开度工况的流激振动响应进行了测试;提出用三维板壳单元建立闸门空间数学模型,以测得的面脉动荷载为动荷载输入进行了流激振动响应计算;并将两种模型所得的结果进行了相互验证,并联合物理模型和数学模型对其动力响应特性进行了预测,对该闸门的动力安全进行了分析,提供不利于闸门振动的开度范围,为该闸门设计与安全运行提供重要参考依据。

Abstract:Based-on the deep plate gate on outlet tunnel of a hydroelectric station,the hydro-elastic plate gate model is developed based on the hydro-elastic simulation principles to test the vibration response under the condition of gate with different opening degree.Then a 3D space FEM numerical model using three-dimensional shell element is set up and its vibration response is calculated through inputting the dynamic loading that was obtained through physical model test.The results obtained by the physical model and numerical model are verified mutually. Finally associated with physical and numerical model,the prediction of the dynamic safety of the gate is made,and the adverse gate opening range is proposed. The results can provide significant reference to gate design and security of service.
