| 摘 要： | 凋亡抑制蛋白（XIAP）被认为是凋亡抑制蛋白家族中对细胞凋亡抑制作用最强的蛋白，研究发现。它在许多肿瘤细胞中有过量表达，其作用机制是XIAP对执行凋亡的caspase家族蛋白产生抑制作用。近年来，XIAP小分子抑制剂研究越来越受到人们的重视。该文对XIAP抑制剂的研究进行综述。

| Abstract: | XIAP(X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein) is regarded as the most potent ones among inhibitor of apoptosis protein family and its overexpression was found in many tumor cells.The mechanism of XIAP inhibiting apoptosis is to inhibit the activity of caspases.Recently,research on small XIAP inhibitors has gradually attracted great attentions.In this article,the evolution of design and development of XIAP in recent year were summarized. |
