糖尿病患者用药依从性的多因素分析

目的:了解糖尿病患者用药依从性及其影响因素,为制定并改进相关措施提供依据。方法:选取我院2008年10月～12月符合糖尿病诊断标准且用药治疗时间大于1个月的共137例住院患者,采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方式收集数据,并进行单因素分析,再在此基础上选取有统计学意义的进行多因素分析。结果与结论:137例糖尿病患者依从性评价为佳者56例,用药依从率为40.9%;30种单因素中有20种纳入多因素分析,其中收入情况好、用药种数少、清楚用药不依从的危害性、接受健康教育、家庭关心、对医师信任有助于提高糖尿病患者用药依从率;而对药物作用的认识程度较差可降低患者用药依从率。建议定期对患者进行健康教育,以提高患者的用药依从性。

Multi-factor Analysis of Medication Compliance in Diabetic Patients

OBJECTIVE： To investigate mediation compliance and influencing factors of diabetic patients and to provide reference for the formulation and improvement of countermeasurs. METHODS： 137 inpatients, who were in line with the diagnosis standard of diabetes and received treatment more than 1 month, were collected from our hospital during Oct.-Dec. in 2008. The data were collected using questionnaires and interviews and single-factor analysis was performed. Multi-factor analysis was conducted among the factors than can influence medication compliance of diabetic patients. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： 56 diabetic patients had sound medication compliance among total 137 diabetic patients with medication compliance rate of 40.9%. Of 30 kinds of single factors, 20 kinds of them were involved in multi-factor analysis. The advantage factors of medication compliance were sound income, few kinds of drugs, clear understanding on harmfulness of non-compliance, health education, home care, trusting in physicians. Poor awareness of medication compliance would reduce compliance rate. It is suggested to strengthen health education among patients to improve medication compliance of diabetic patients.
