强化基层团支部在高校思想政治教育中的作用

高校团支部作为大学生基层共青团活动的基本单位，是高校开展思想政治教育工作的前沿阵地，及时、准确把握基层团支部的最新动态，不断提高其创造力、凝聚力和战斗力，调动其积极性和主动性，对于高校培养广大学生的自我教育、自我管理、自我服务意识，推进高校的德育教育和素质教育具有重要的辅助作用，也是新形势对高校思想政治工作的新挑战。为此，分析了当前“内外”双重环境对高校基层团支部建设和管理中的影响，探讨了在强化高校基层团支部建设过程中急需解决的问题，以期优化其建设和管理，充分发挥其在高校学生思想政治教育中的作用。

Strengthening function of grass-roots and political education in Youth League branch in ideological colleges and universities

Grass-roots Youth League branch, the forward position of carrying out college＇s ideological and political education, is the base unit of college students＇ daily activities for Youth League. It helps us to grasp promptly and accurately the latest trends, and continually enhance their creativity, cohesive power and motivation. It also calls out their enthusiasm and self- motivation and plays an auxiliary role in developing the students＇ self-education, self-management and self-service and in promoting physical education and quality-oriented education in colleges and universities. We analyze the influence of the current environment inside-and-outside the colleges and universities on the construction and management of college grass-roots Youth League branch, and explores the problems to be solved urgently to strengthen the construction and management of college grass-roots Youth League branch and the function in students＇ ideological and political education in institutions of higher learning.
