基于机器视觉的滤布破损检测与信息管理系统

多种食品的生产过程中,经常需要使用滤布对原料进行过滤,去除杂质,保留优质原料。而滤布在多次重复使用的过程中需要经常折叠与压挤,容易造成滤布的破损,若滤布有破损任然使用将会造成原料的浪费。基于此设计了一套滤布破损检测方案:在滤布使用前利用高清摄像机对滤布进行实时的监控,处理器对实时采集的图像进行处理,识别滤布是否有破损,并将破损信息保存到信息管理系统中。

Filter Cloth Damaged Detection and lnformation Management System Based on Machine Vision

A variety of food in the production process,often need to use the filter cloth for filtering the raw material,removing impu-rities,retain high-quality raw materials,and the filter cloth folding and pressing in the process often needs to be repeatedly used,easy to cause the damage of filter cloth,filter cloth is damaged,if stil use wil cause the waste of raw materials.Based on the design of a set of filter cloth damage detection scheme：in the cloth before using the camera for real-time monitor-ing of the cloth,the processor on the real-time image processing,recognition of fabric is damaged,and the damage informa-tion is saved to the information management system.
