| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药益气活血颗粒剂对PCI术后患者胸闷、胸痛、乏力等临床疗效。方法:将60例成功行PCI术的冠心病患者,随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。对照组以西药常规治疗,治疗组以西药常规用药加益气活血颗粒剂治疗。疗程1个月。观察患者服药后的临床症状、心绞痛发生率及硝酸甘油的停减情况。结果:在改善临床症状、减少心绞痛发生率及硝酸甘油停减方面,治疗组和对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血颗粒剂能改善PCI术后临床症状。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Granules on chest oppression,chest pain,fatigue and other symptoms of CHD patients after PCI.Methods:60 cases with successful PCI were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).The control group was given routine western medicine.The treatment group was given routine western medicine and Yiqi Huoxue granules.The treatment course was 1 month.The symptoms,angina incidence and medication of nitropent were observed.Results:The treatment was superior to the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Granules can improve the symptoms of CHD patients after PCI. |
