健康状态评估方法及应用研究

随着设备越来越复杂、经济可承受性要求越来越高,评估设备的健康状态就显得尤为重要;健康状态评估技术是实现状态维修的重要手段之一;论述了健康状态评估在状态维修中的地位和作用;分析了国内外健康状态评估的主要方法,主要包括模型法、层次分析法、模糊评判法、人工神经网络法、基于贝叶斯网络的方法等;接着介绍了健康状态评估技术的工程应用情况;最后,详细分析了我国在健康状态评估研究中存在的问题,并指出了进一步研究的重点方向。

Research on Methods and Application of Health Assessment

As the equipment become more and more complex and its economic affordability become worse than before, it is very important to assess equipment's health condition. Health assessment is one of means to achieve condition-based maintenance (CBM). The status and function of health assessment in CBM was outlined. The current developed methods of health assessment in domestic and overseas was analyzed, such as model - based assessment, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), fuzzy evaluation, Artificial Neural Network (ANN),bayes networks, etc. Then, the current application of health assessment was presented. Lastly, the issues of health assessment research was analyzed in detail, and the future research emphasis was pointed out.
