硫酸钙晶须增强水泥砂浆性能试验研究

摘    要:将硫酸钙晶须掺入普通硅酸盐水泥砂浆中,通过测试不同晶须掺量、水灰比下普通硅酸盐水泥的流动度、凝结时间、强度,并通过SEM、XRD微观测试分析掺入晶须对水泥砂浆性能的影响机理。研究结果表明,掺硫酸钙晶须降低了水泥砂浆的流动度,延缓水泥砂浆的凝结时间,当硫酸钙晶须掺量为4%时,水泥砂浆的凝结时间最大。掺硫酸钙晶须可提高水泥胶砂的抗折、抗压强度。水灰比为0.50,硫酸钙晶须掺量为6%时,水泥胶砂28 d抗折、抗压强度相比对照组分别提高了8%、14%。

Abstract:The calcium sulfate whiskers were mixed into ordinary Portland cement mortar to test the flow,setting time and strength of ordinary portland cement under different whisker content,water-cement ratio.And bosed on SEM and XRD.the influence mechanism of the inclusion of whiskers on the performance of cement mortar is analyzed.The results show that the calcium sulfate doped whisker reduces the fluidity of the cement mortar and delays the setting time of the cement mortar.When the calcium sulfate whisker content is 4%,the cement mortar has the largest condensation time.Calcium sulfate whiskers can increase the flexural and compressive strength of cement mortar.When the water-cement ratio is 0.50 and the calcium sulfate whisker content is 6%,the flexural strength and compressive strength of cement mortar at 28 days is increased by 8% and 14%,respectively,compared with those of the control group.
