| 摘 要： | 根据工件特点,设计了钢丝切断弯曲模。模具通过2套斜楔驱动2套凹模依次完成钢丝的切断及弯曲成形,提高了工件精度和生产效率,并介绍了模具的工作过程、特点和主要零部件设计。该设计思路对类似件的模具设计有一定的参考价值

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of the steel wire part,a cutting and bending die for the part has been designed.The cutting and bending operations of the die are accomplished in turn with2matrixes driven by2cam drivers.The part precision and production efficiency have been improved.The working process and characteristics of the die are introduced,and the designs of the key parts of the die are stated in detail.It has certain reference value to the design of the die for similar parts. |
