预轮廓定子螺杆钻具性能研究

为了研究预轮廓定子螺杆钻具的性能,进行了整机台架试验、马达压降试验及定子温升试验。结果表明,预轮廓定子螺杆钻具比常规定子螺杆钻具有许多优点,例如,单级承压能力强,相同长度下提供扭矩大,硬特性好,耐温性能高。预轮廓螺杆钻具替代常规螺杆钻具,能为定向井、特别是短半径侧钻井提供强有力的钻井动力。实践表明,要充分发挥预轮廓定子的性能,必须在橡胶设计、注胶工艺及匹配零部件方面做相应的研究。

Study of Pre-contour Stator Downhole Motor
