摘    要:根据振动加速度信号与位移信号之间的关系,提出了一种基于虚拟仪器与傅氏变换的振动位移测量修正方法。利用加速度传感器、信号调理设备、数据采集卡、PC机组成振动位移测量的硬件设备,利用图形化编程语言LabVIEW开发数据采集程序,并实现基于傅氏变换的振动位移测量修正方法。在转子试验台上完成实际转子系统的振动测试,利用该虚拟仪器系统完成信号的采集,并利用基于傅氏变换的振动位移测量修正方法完成振动加速度信号至位移信号的转换。与实测位移信号的对比结果证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:According to the relationship between the vibration acceleration signal and the displacement signal,a virtual instrument is presented based on Fourier transform of the vibration and displacement measurement correction method.Fourier transform-based vibration displacement measurement correction method is established by using acceleration sensors,signal conditioning equipment,data acquisition card,PC,component vibration displacement measurement hardware,and graphical programming languages(LabVIEW) data acquisition program.In the rotor system vibration test,the virtual instrument system is used to complete the signal acquisition,and Fourier transform-based vibration displacement measuring correction method is used to complete the conversion from vibration acceleration signal to the displacement signal.The results of comparison with the measured displacement signal demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.
