刮板输送机应用液压驱动的可行性研究

摘    要:针对煤矿刮板输送机工作特点及现有驱动装置的不足,设计一种新型液压驱动装置。基于负载敏感原理设计该液压驱动系统,阐述其工作原理及功能特性。采用比例插装阀对该系统进行优化设计,使其满足高压、大流量的工作要求。研究结果表明刮板输送机应用液压驱动具有原理和功能上的可行性,且具有明显优势。该液压驱动装置的提出弥补了刮板输送机液压驱动方式的空白,为刮板输送机新型驱动装置的开发提供参考。

Abstract:Aimed at working trait of colliery scraper conveyor,shortage of the drive device in existence,design a new hydraulic drive device.Based on theory of load sensing,design this hydraulic drive system,and describe the operational principle and functionality.Do optimum design for this system using proportional plug-in valve,which meets demand of high pressure and large flow.The results showed that it’s doable to apply this hydraulic drive in scraper conveyor about principle and functionality,which has obvious advantage.The proposed hydraulic drive device makes up the gap of hydraulic drive for scraper conveyor,which can provide reference for developing new drive device of scraper conveyor.
