| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床疗效。方法对42例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗，同期32例行传统剖腹手术治疗的卵巢巧克力囊肿患者作为对照组，并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果腹腔镜手术组术中出血量、手术时间和留置导尿时间明显少于对照组（P〈0．01）；腹腔镜手术组术后复发率发生率和症状缓解率明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿具有创伤小、术中出血少、术后复发少、症状缓解明显等优点，是治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的一种理想选择。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical results in treatment the ovarian endometrial cyst by laparoscopy. Methods The clinical data of 42 patients (laparoscopy group) with ovarian endometrial cyst treated by laparoscopy were retrospectively compared with 32 patients (control group) treated with conventional surgery. Results The blood loss, operation duration, recurrence and the incidence of postoperative complication were significantly lower in the laparoscopy group (P< 0.01). Conclusion Laparoscopy has the advantages of lesser invasiveness, fewer blood loss, shorter procedure duration and low complication and recurrence; and it is satisfactory in treatment of ovarian endometrial cyst. |
