拉拔用低碳线材的开发

介绍采用电炉冶炼、LF炉精炼、连铸机生产120 mm×120 mm方坯,再用半连续式线材轧机生产拉拔用低碳线材的生产工艺。给出电炉冶炼、LF炉精炼、连铸时的控制参数及注意事项,对后续生产中存在的断丝及强度较高问题进行分析并给出解决措施。

Development of Low Carbon Wire Rod for Wire Drawing

To introduce the production process of lowcarbon wire rod for wire drawing with electrical furnace to smelt,withLF furnace to refine,with continuous cast to produce 120 mm×120 mm billet,with semi-continuous rolling mill to roll wirerod.The control parameters and the matters needing attention of electrical furnace smelt,LF refine,continuous cast aregiven.The wire breaking and higher strength problem existing in follow-up production are analyzed,and the settlementmeasures are given.
