基于竞争对手的经营战略

摘    要:企业制定经营战略的出发点应是取得相对于竞争对手的竞争优势。竞争战略应考虑如何取得竞争优势和保持竞争优势。企业的竞争战略可以通过主动出击──率先获得竞争优势和战略进攻──通过进攻竞争对手的竞争优势来使自己从劣势转变成优势,企业竞争战略必须采取积极的战略防御来保持竞争优势。本文在三方面提出了一些战略和战术。还认为.企业的经营战略家应在主动与被动,进攻与防守,风险与效益之间取得权衡。在总体把握、长远规划的基础上,构造出基于竞争对手的经营战略。

Abstract:The purpose is to get the competitive advantage over the competitior when enterprise makes itsbusiness strategy.The competitive strategy should cowprise how to get competitive advantage and keep it.In order to get the competitive advantage,the enterprise exploits two methods:fiist getting positive advantage earlier than competitor,second attacking the competitor's competive advantage. The enterprise mustalso employ possitive defending strategy to keep its advantage. some strategies are presented.Enterprisestrategy showld keep a balance between positive and passive,attacking and defending,risk and revenue.
