| Abstract: | Building a well-off society in an all-round way is a systematic project for China's reform and development. In order to achieve the goal of the systematic project, we should implement three changes from a general well-off society to a well-off society in an all-round way, expand the proportion of the middle-income earners and practise the well-off life of the peasants. |
