| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药浴足联合甲钴胺、丹红注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:将99例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,在常规饮食、运动和降糖药物治疗基础上,治疗组用中药足浴治疗仪浴足,联合甲钴胺、丹红注射液治疗;对照组用甲钴胺、丹红注射液治疗。治疗三周后,比较治疗组和对照组评分结果,用spss12.0统计软件进行统计结果分析。结果:治疗组临床疗效、神经传导速度改善明显优于对照组,两组间有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:中药足浴治疗仪浴足联合甲钴胺、丹红注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效,且优于单纯静脉用药治疗。
