| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床优势。方法:将门诊的88例慢性盆腔炎的患者随机分为两组,治疗组44例,对照组44例,对照组给予左氧氟沙星0.2g和甲硝唑0.4g单纯抗生素治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上,服用自拟妇炎汤,1剂/日,分两次服用,观察治疗前后血清抗炎症介质白介素-2和白介素-10的水平,及血液流变学的变化情况,比较两组治疗效果的差异,分别进行t和Z检验。结果:观察组血清IL-2、IL-10水平增高亦优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组降低慢性盆腔炎患者的血液流变学指标,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:妇炎汤联合抗生素具有有效提高抗炎、改善血液循环的作用优势,达到更好的治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。
