元坝气田大尺寸非标准尾管固井技术

摘    要:为解决元坝气田开发井三开技术尾管安全下入和提高封固质量的技术难点,在分析总结元坝气田陆相地层固井技术难点的基础上,根据套管悬重与悬挂器坐挂后的过流面积选择合理的非标准尾管悬挂器,确定了尾管悬挂器的性能参数;根据固井防气窜与提高固井质量的要求,选择了合适的水泥浆与前置液体系;为保证套管安全下入和提高水泥环胶结质量,制定了针对性的通井、承压及循环洗井等井眼准备措施;为提高水泥浆顶替效率,设计了合理的入井管串结构与固井工艺措施,形成了可以提高陆相复杂地层固井质量的综合固井技术。该技术在元坝气田现场应用后,固井质量合格率达100%,优质率达54.5%。研究结果表明,大尺寸非标准尾管固井技术可以解决元坝气田陆相地层的固井技术难点。

Large Size Nonstandard Liner Cementing Technique in Yuanba Gas Field

Abstract:In order to solve the difficulties of running casings safely and increasing the cement quality of liners in Yuanba Gas Field,on the basis of analyzing the factors affecting the cementing quality,the parameters of hanger are confirmed by casing weight and flow area;the performances of cement slurry and ahead fluid are optimized to satisfy the requirements of preventing gas breakthrough in cementing and increase the cementing quality.Besides,the borehole preparation is strengthened,including running gauge cutter,pressuring and cleaning well.In order to improve the efficiency of displacing,the specific string structure and the technologic measures for cementing are designed.Consequently,the qualification rate rises to 100% and the high quality rate reaches 54.5%.The technology has successfully solved the difficulties of cementing technology from continental facies in Yuanba Gas Field.
