摘    要:探讨了高岭土煅烧的最佳温度和时间,以及煅烧温度和时间对高岭土晶体结构和比表面积的影响。将经煅烧和偶联剂处理的高岭土填料加入到不饱和聚酯树脂/玻璃纤维拉挤复合材料中,可使其力学性能有明显的提高。

Abstract:This paper describes the optimum calination temperature and time of kaolin. Influence of calcination temperature and time on the crystal secture and specific surface area of kaolin was studied. The results indicated that the mechanical property of the glass fiber/unsaturated polyester pultruded composites with the calcined kaolin treated with coupling agents as filler was improved obviously.
