氯吡格雷降低急性脑梗死患者血浆溶血磷脂酸水平的效果

目的观察氯吡格雷治疗后急性脑梗死患者血浆溶血磷脂酸水平,以期为急性脑梗死提供有效的干预方法。方法280例急性脑梗死患者随机分为氯吡格雷组和对照组,氯吡格雷组除给予常规治疗外加氯吡格雷75mg,1次/d,对照组只给予常规治疗。分别在治疗前、治疗第3天和第21天检测患者血浆溶血磷脂酸水平。结果氯吡格雷组和对照组治疗后21d较治疗前血浆溶血磷脂酸水平均明显降低(P<0.01);组间比较亦有显著性差异(P<0.01)。其中深穿支梗死氯吡格雷组治疗前及治疗后3d有显著性差异(P<0.01),而对照组则无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组治疗3d后也具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论氯吡格雷可降低急性脑梗死患者血浆溶血磷脂酸水平,对皮层支梗死及深穿支梗死均有效,而深穿支梗死效果更好。

The reduction effect of clopidogrel on the plasma LPA level of patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the reduction effect of clopidogrel on the plasma lysophatidic(LPA) level of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and probe the effective methods of interfering acute cerebral infarction. Methods The 280 patients were randomized to clopidogrel group and control one.Patients in clopidogrel group were treated with routine method and clopidogrel(75mg/d) while the control one with only routine method.Plasma LPA levels of them were all measured before treatment,the 3rd and 21st day after treatment.Results On the 21st day after treatment,the plasma LPA level in clopidogrel group was lower than those in control one(P<0.01).In clopidogrel group the levels of plasma LPA in patients with cortical branch infarction were lower than those in control one 21 days after treatment(P<0.01),and the levels of plasma LPA in patients with central branch infarction were lower than those in control one 3 days after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Clopidogrel can effectively reduce plasma LPA level of acute cerebral infarction.
