| 摘 要： | 我国废钢铁产业是1个新兴的钢铁资源循环利用产业,其节能减排、低碳环保和不可替代的钢铁原料功效十分显著.阐述了废钢铁在低碳经济时期的应用价值,21世纪以来我国废钢铁供需状况及发展趋势,分析了2010年我国废钢铁市场运行态势,预测了2011年我国废钢铁供需市场走势,并提出我国废钢铁产业"十二五"规划目标及技术路线.

| Abstract: | Scrap industry is a new and developing industry of scrap cycle use as a metallic resource in China and plays an important role in enegysaving,low carbon and environment protection,and reuse of the metallic resource.In this paper,the utilization value of scrap in the age of low carbon economy,the situation and evolvement of supply and requirement for scrap since 2000,the developing trend of scrap market of our country in 2010,the prediction of scrap market for supply and requirement in 2011 are analyzed.In addition,a planning target of the scrap industry of our country in the period of "Twelfth Five-Year" Plan and the technical route are also discussed. |
