| 摘 要： | 目的观察抗菌药物配合中药治疗社区老年慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法老年慢性支气管炎病例226例,随机分为治疗组112例,对照组114例,治疗组给予抗菌药物＋中药治疗,对照组给予抗菌素和对症处理,一周后观察疗效。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,治疗总有效率明显提高（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗社区老年慢性支气管炎临床疗效明显。
