| 摘 要： | 介绍了"九五"以来我国焊管工业取得的重大进展;分析了我国焊管工业发展中存在的问题,指出应加快技术进步,转变单纯依靠数量的增长方式;提出了我国直缝电阻焊管、螺旋埋弧焊管和直缝埋弧焊管落实建设钢管强国的宏伟目标和加快技术进步及实现焊管业又好又快发展的具体措施。

| Abstract: | The significant development of domestic weld pipe industry as made since starting of the 9th FYP is described. The existing problems relating to development of domestic weld pipe-making industry is analyzed, emphasizing that it is necessary to speed up relevant technological development and change the current growing approach aiming at quantity only. Relevant measures are proposed to make faster and better technological progress and development with respect to domestic industry of manufacturing of straight ERW pipes, spiral SAW pipe and straight SAW pipe in a bid to realize the great goal of turning China into a steel tube-making giant. |
