细长管内壁涂层技术进展及应用现状

摘    要:内壁涂层技术是一种可以降低管内内容物对管壁损伤的有效方法,能有效的提升细管零件的使用寿命和服役安全性.近年来,在细长管内壁涂层制备技术也受到越来越多的关注,并在制备技术和应用方面均取得了重要的进展.系统介绍了目前国内外应用于内壁涂层制备技术的发展历史及其分类,重点对热浸镀、电镀、物理气相沉积、化学气相沉积技术在细管内壁涂层制备的成膜机理进行了详细的论述.基于细管内壁涂层技术的发展和应用状况,从理论研究、使用环境、技术工程化应用等方面,总结了现有研究和应用中的成果及存在的问题.重点从涂层材料体系、基体特性、厚度均匀性控制以及界面结合特征几个方面分别对上述技术的潜在应用前景进行了分析和展望.

Abstract:The inner wall coating technology is an effective method that can reduce the damage to the tube wall caused by the contents of the tube, and which can effectively improve the service life and service safety of the thin tube parts. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the preparation technology of the inner wall coating of slender tubes, and important progress has been made in both preparation technology and application. The development history and classification of internal wall coating technology applied at home and abroad are introduced systematically, with emphasis on the film formation of thin wall coatings prepared by hot dip plating, electroplating, physical vapor deposition, chemical vapor deposition, and micro-arc oxidation. The mechanism is discussed in details. Based on the development and application status of thin tube inner wall coating technology, the results and existing problems of existing research and applications are summarized from the aspects of theoretical research, use environment, and technical engineering application. The potential application prospects of the above technologies are analyzed and prospected mainly from the aspects of coating material system, substrate characteristics, thickness uniformity control, and interface bonding characteristics.
