白藜芦醇对心血管保护作用的研究进展

白藜芦醇是从植物中提取的多酚类化合物,流行病学调查发现白藜芦醇对心血管病变有一定的保护作用,目前在心血管保护作用方面的研究越来越多.白藜芦醇预处理对心血管的保护作用主要体现在改善心律失常,抑制血小板聚集,减轻缺血/再灌注损伤等,同时白藜芦醇还可以作用于血管平滑肌,起到扩张冠状血管、减少引起心肌缺血的作用.该文主要从白藜芦醇对心血管损伤的保护作用及作用机制进行综述.

Research Progress in Cardiovascular Protective Effects of Resveratrol

Resveratrol is polyphenol compound extracted from plant, and epidemiological investigation found that resveratrol has a certain protective effect on cardiovascular pathological changes, in which field there are more and more research now. The cardiovascular protective effect of resveratrol pretreatment is mainly reflected in improving cardiac arrhythmias, inhibiting platelet aggregation, reducing ischemia/reperfusion injury and so on, resveratrol can also effect on vascular smooth muscle, dilate the coronary blood vessels, and reduce myocardial ischemia. Here is to make a review of the protective effect of resveratrol on cardiovascular injury.
