| 摘 要： | 采用模拟大气压力装置研究了不同大气压力下直喷柴油机运转性能;采用表面声压级测量法,测试柴油机随不同转速、不同大气压力下以及改进壳类部件后的表面辐射噪声声功率级。试验结果表明,随着大气压力增加,柴油机功率以及扭矩均增加,表面辐射噪声随转速增加而增大,改进后的油底壳和摇臂室罩部件对降低噪声的效果提高。

| Abstract: | The operating performances of DI diesel engine were investigated using atmospheric pressure simulation equipment. In addition, the effect of the revolved speed, the ambient pressure and the modified shell parts on the surface radiated noise was investigated using acoustic pressure level measurement. The results showed that, the torque and the output power of the DI diesel engine increased with the increase in the ambient pressure ; And the surface radiated noise increased with the increase in the rotational speed. In addition, the modified parts of the oil sump tank and rocker arm cover were favorable to reducing the noise level. |
