深圳市龙岗区宫内节育器不良反应调查分析

目的了解深圳市龙岗区已婚育龄妇女宫内节育器（IUD）在避孕节育过程中不良反应发生情况,为预防和降低其不良反应发生及临床安全应用提供依据。方法采取整群抽样的方法,随机抽查深圳市龙岗区3个街道的3 900例已婚育龄妇女中的2 001例使用IUD避孕的妇女进行IUD类型及不良反应发生情况调查,并进行统计学分析。结果放置宫内节育器的主要不良反应为月经异常、环位下移、白带增多、腰腹疼痛、带器妊娠等,各种不良反应的总发生率为20.9%,因症取器率为15%。不同IUD之间的不良反应发生率不同。结论 IUD不良反应发生率及因症取器率较高,应采取有效措施进行不良反应的干预,提高其使用安全性及续用率。

Investigation and Analysis of the Side Effects of Intrauterine Device in Longgang District of Shenzhen

Objective To investigate the side effects of intrauterine devices(IUD) among reproductive age women in Longgang district of shenzhen in order to provide the basis for preventing the IUD side effects and its clinical use in safety.Methods Cluster sampling method was used to survey 2 001 cases of married women in reproductive age who used IUD in three community streets of Longgang,Shenzhen.A questionnaire survey on IUD was conducted,and a statistical analysis was done.Results The main side effects of inserting the IUD were abnormal menstruation,the IUD move down,abnormal leukorrhea,abdomina lache and pregnancy with IUD in situ,etc,which account for 20.9%;It was diversity in the incidence of side effects among the different IUDs.Conclusion The incidence of IUD side effects was very high.Therefore,it is important to take some measures for preventing of the IUD side effects and improving the safety of contraception.
