| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨蒙古族家族性脑卒中一大家系的临床特点.方法 采用临床检查与家系调查相结合的方法对该蒙古族家系进行分析,对已发病的脑卒中患者进行CT或MRI检查进一步确诊,采取血液样本各10 mL(5 mL抗凝血,5 mL未抗凝血)进行相关生理生化指标以及致病基因研究.结果 该家系共137名成员,其中脑卒中患者10名,高血压/高血脂异常患者16名.血脂检查结果表明患者组三酰甘油、总胆固醇值显著高于正常组(P＜0.05),高密度脂蛋白显著低于正常组(P＜0.05).结论 血脂异常和高血压是该家系脑卒中发病的主要原因.
