集中抄表装置及其通信系统的研究

摘    要:针对电能量采集及计费自动化系统对集中抄表装置的功能要求,以及开放系统互操作性的要求,对集中抄表装置的软硬件实现和通信系统的协议模型进行了详细研究,在此基础上,提出了一种适用于变电站的电能量自动采集系统解决方案,比较好的实现了电力运行管理部门对所辖用户分时段电能,总电能的实时计量和复费率电费核算,为变电站自动计费系统和综合自动化提供了所需的基本数据。

Abstract:In the light of the demand of electricity quantity acquisition and billing automation system for Automatic Metering System (AMR) and that for interoperability of open system, the implementation of software and hardware for AMR and the protocol model of communication system are researched, on this basis a solution of automatic electricity quantity acquisition system suitable to billing automation system in substations is put forward, thus, the real time acquisitions of total electricity quantity and that according to period of times and the multi tariff charge are well implemented. and the necessary data for substation billing automation system and integrated automation can be provided.
