| 摘 要： | 从某套空分设备上卸下的DR87XX型高压绕管式换热器的换热管胀接部分焊缝出现漏气现象,原因是胀接压力过大。制定了详尽的返修方案,具体实施后高压绕管式换热器恢复正常运行。文章简介了DR87XX型高压绕管式换热器中管板与换热管的"胀接+强度焊"模式,详细叙述了返修前的胀接试验、检验和返修工艺过程,最后总结了返修中的注意事项。
