柱塞火焰热喷涂工艺的探究与实践

摘    要:针对石油钻井作业中的柱塞零件工作环境恶劣,寿命短的特点,为改进产品的性能,延长工件的使用寿命,对柱塞的生产工艺进行了改进研究.采用火焰热喷涂技术,设计、研制了喷涂设备,优化了工艺参数,从而提高了产品的综合性能,延长了产品使用寿命,同时降低了生产成本,取得了良好的使用效果及经济效益.

Abstract:In view of the bad working environment and the low service life of the piston used in the petroleum and artesian well works,with the purpose of satisfying the property requirements of piston and prolonging its service life,the authors improve the productive technology of piston by designing and developing spray equipment with the flame thermal spray technology,which can optimize the technical parameter,improve the comprehensive properties of piston,prolong the service life of piston and lower the productive cost of pistor.As a result,the good usage effect and economic performance are obtained.
