卫星数字电视系统缺陷及解决思路研究

随着家用数字卫星电视的迅猛发展,数字卫星加密电视已渐渐走入千家万户。接收卫星加密电视必须拥有卫星运营商提供的解密卡,当前解密卡较贵,市场上便出现了提供商非法将正版解密卡的控制字(Control Word,CW)信息以较低的价格给多个用户有偿共享,从中牟取暴利的现象,本文就导致控制字CW被共享的原因进行了专业分析,并提出了有效应对该系统缺陷的六大解决思路,从而有效打击共享服务提供商,保护卫星运营商的合法权益,促进数字卫星加密电视的健康发展。

The Default of Digital Satellite TV System and the Solution

With the rapid development of receiving-tech in house digital satellite TV, it has been part of life in millions of family. To receive the programs of encryption, decipher card is the passport. Due to the high cost of decipher card, there are CW(control word) with lower price in the market, which is delivered by the illegal provider of legal decipher cards, it can shared by lots. Then, the illegal providers can benefit from the deal. In this paper, the reason of sharing the CW is analyzed from the professional angle, also the major six measures can be taken to solve the default of the system mentioned above. These six measures are to press the illegal provider; to protect the interest of legal operator; to promote the healthy development of the house digital satellite TV.
