摘    要:提出了将DFM 和DFA结合进行面向并行工程的DFMA 研究的设想,介绍了将DFMA应用于摆线针轮行星减速器设计的原型系统,重点分析了摆线针轮行星减速器产品的设计,进行了产品装配关系分析、建立装配性能评价系统,在Autocad 环境下完成三维模拟拼装

Abstract:This paper brings forward a suggestion that combinates DFM and DFA to research concurrent Engineering-oriented DFMA , introduces the prototype system which is applied to design cycloid planetary reducer with needle rollers, especially analyses the assembling design of cycloid planetary reducer with needle rollers. it also analyses the assembling relations of products, builds a evalution system for assembling performance, introduces the 3D assembling simulation under the environment of AutoCAD .
