复方丹参滴丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效观察

目的 观察复方丹参滴丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 宝钛集团有限公司职工医院收治的68例不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组34例。对照组给予消心痛、肠溶阿司匹林和辛伐他汀片口服,试验组在此基础上加服复方丹参滴丸和阿托伐他汀钙片,疗程3个月,观察两组患者心绞痛改善情况和心电图改善情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组的心绞痛治疗有效率和心电图改善率均显著地高于对照组(P＜0.01),两组均未出现明显的不良反应。结论 复方丹参滴丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛有效安全,值得推广。

Clinical observation on treatment of unstable angina pectoriswith compound danshen dripping pill and atorvastatin

Objective To observe the efficacy of compound Danshen dripping pills and atorvastatin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods 68 patients with unstable angina treated in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 34 cases in each group. The control group received isosorbide dinitrate, enteric-coated aspirin and simvastatin tablets orally. The experimental group took compound Danshen dripping pills and atorvastatin calcium tablets on the basis of this treatment. The course of treatment was 3 months. The improvement of angina and the improvement of electrocardiogram and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Results The treatment efficiency of angina pectoris and improvement rate of electrocardiogram were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P < 0. 01). No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with atorvastatin is effective and safe for unstable angina pectoris and worthy of promotion.
