| 摘 要： | 脉宽调制器SG3525具有欠压锁定、系统故障关闭、软起动、延时PWM驱动等功能,因而得到广泛应用.介绍了SG3525的内部结构和控制特性,给出了变频电源的总体结构,并对基于SG3525和单片机的逆变电源控制器的软、硬件进行了设计,实现了变频电源的调压调频功能和谐振频率跟踪控制,通过SG3525实现了变频电源由他激到向自激转换的起动控制.实验室测试表明,变频电源输出电压波形好,满足性能要求.

| Abstract: | The architecture properties and controlling function of pulse width modulation IC SG3525 are introduced, the system configure and operation principle of inverter power supply for series resonant based on IC SG3525 are dicussed in this paper, the software and hardware design of inverter controllor are gived, the voltage regulution and resonant frequency tracking control is realized in frequency conversion power supply,the experiments show output voltage waveform is quite good,the perfermance meets the demand. |
