摘    要:目的]探讨芳香调息法改善高校护生睡眠质量的作用效果。方法]采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)测试某大学护生睡眠状况,选取PSQI得分≥8分的学生60人,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组同时进行芳香吸入法和调息法,对照组不进行任何干预。于考试前1d(干预后)进行再次测试。结果]实验后实验组与对照组PSQI总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而农村与城市护生实验前后PSQI差异无统计学意义;PSQI中的睡眠质量、入睡时间、日间功能因子在实验前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论]实施芳香调息法能有效提高护生睡眠质量。

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the effect of aromatic pranayamafor improving the sleep quality of college nursing students.Methods:The sleep state of nursing students in auniversity in Tianjin was tested by using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index.A total of 60students were selected whose PSQI score was more than 8,and were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group.Aromatic inhalation and pranayamawere carried out for experimental group cases,no intervention for control group.Re-testing was given on 1day before testing.Results:After intervention,there was statistical significant difference in total PSQI score between experimental group and control group(P<0.05),while there was no statistical significant difference in total PSQI score between rural and urban nursing students before and after test.In addition,before and after experiment,sleep index factor in sleep quality,sleep latency,daytime function were significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion:The aromatic inhalation and pranayamacan effectively improve the sleep quality of nursing students.
