| 摘 要： | 目的：建立稳定的干酪素法测定榛叶鞣质的方法。方法：用干酪素法测定榛叶鞣质。优化条件为：以70%丙酮提取,干酪素用量400mg,1．5%碳酸钠显色后30min测定。结果：优化方法线性关系良好,鞣酸平均回收率为98．45%,RSD=1．60%(n=5)。结论：该法可快速、准确的用于榛叶鞣质的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a stable method for determining the content of tannins in Heterophlla leaf by casein method.Methods:The casein method was used to determine the content of tannins.The optimum conditions of de- termination were using 70% acetone as extracting solvent,adopting 400 mg caseins,adding 1.5% Na_2CO_3 and determining after 30 min.Results:The selected method has a good linear dependence.The average recovery of tannic acid was 98.45% with RSD=1.60%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is rapid and reliable for the determination of tannins in Heterophylla leaf. |
