人文教育弱化引发的医疗缺陷分析

摘    要:本研究运用“二次文献分析法”结合问卷调查,对某医疗机构5年来的医疗纠纷情况进行了分析、思考,发现人文教育弱化是导致医疗纠纷逐年上升的主要原因。提出有必要导入跨文化沟通的理念,分析医患价值文化冲突带来的矛盾,提出相应的改进措施,不仅需要全行业的“医德档案”刚性政策导向,更需要寓人文教育于医学教育连续统一体的全过程,以降低人文性医疗缺陷的发生率,降低医疗纠纷发生率,构建和谐的医患关系。

Abstract:In recent years, with the deterioration of the relationship between doctors and patients, medical conflicts have attracted more and more attention. This essay aimed to study in depth the neglect of the weakening of humanity education in certain medical institutions, and to suggest ways to improve the quality of the medical staff who dominated the patient - doctor relationship in order to create a more harmonious relationship between the two parties.
