摘    要:为了提高灌区灌溉的自动化程度,利用GSM(Global System for Mobile Communications)网络的SMS(Short Message Service)通讯模块,构建了灌区水资源调度的无线数据通讯系统。采集的数据(包括时间)通过GSM公众网络以短消息的方式上传至控制中心,再由控制中心实现用水计量、水量宏观调配、水费征集和报表打印功能,进而以较低的成本实现水资源调度与管理的自动化和信息化。

Abstract:In order to raise automation of metering and control of irrigated area,Short Message Service(SMS) communication module of Global System for Mobile Communication(GSM) was used to build the wireless communication system of water resource dispatch.The gathered data,including time,will be transmitted to control center through GSM network by SMS,and some services such as water metering,macro-control,charge fee,printing are accomplished too.And the automation and informatization of water resource dispatching and management are realized with low cost.
