电动汽车交流充电桩集群监控系统设计

摘    要:针对目前已安装在不同地区的大量交流充电桩无法集中监控的问题,基于CAN总线和GPRS网络构建了交流充电桩集群监控系统。在同一地区采用CAN总线建立充电桩通信网络,再通过CAN转RS232智能协议转换器将充电数据集中在GPRS无线终端设备中,不同地区的充电数据通过GPRS网络与监控中心的上位机通信,并基于LabVIEW设计出监控软件。通过对主城区各充电桩的试验运行,设计的集群监控系统结构合理,通信安全可靠,具有良好的人机交互功能,可有效实现充电桩的集中监控。

Abstract:At present,a lot of AC charge spots have been installed in different parts.For the problem of centralized monitoring,clustered monitoring system for AC charge spots is constructed based on CAN and GPRS network.The communication network of charge spots is established by CAN bus in the same area,then through CAN to RS232 smart protocol converter,charging data are centralized in GPRS wireless terminal unit.Charging data in different parts communicate with host computer in monitoring center through the GPRS network,and monitoring software is designed based on LabVIEW.Through an experiment test of charge spots in main areas,the designed clustered monitoring system has reasonable structure,safe and reliable communication,good interactive functions,which can effectively achieve the centralized monitoring of charge spots.
