| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展和环境问题的日益严重，环境纠纷日趋增多，而我国现行的环境纠纷解决机制存在着明显的不足和缺陷，不能满足现实的需要。文章在分析了我国构建环境纠纷仲裁制度可行性的基础上，提出了构建这一制度的设想，并从几方面做了些思考。

On the Establishment of Legal Arbitration System for Environmental Dispute in China |

| Abstract: | With the development of economy, environmental problems and environmental dispute have been increasing day by day. However, the legal system in China at present is not sufficient to solve the problems in environmental dispute. After analyzing the feasibility of introducing arbitration for environment dispute, the establishment of legal arbitration system is discussed. |
