摘    要:硫化剂作为橡胶配方的重要组成部分,对橡胶制品的疲劳撕裂特性有着关键的影响。以前的研究主要侧重于试验的方法;且有周期长、费用大的缺点。为此,利用有限元分析技术研究硫化剂对某型弹性元件疲劳撕裂特性的影响。首先得到不同硫化剂品种和硫化剂用量的橡胶材料标准试样,并获得其材料本构模型。隨后,用于ANSYS分析不同橡胶材料对应弹性元件的疲劳撕裂特性。最后总结得出硫化剂对某型弹性元件疲劳撕裂特性的影响规律并进行实验验证。

Influence of Vulcanizing Agents on Fatigue Tear Characteristics of a Type of Elastic Components
Abstract:The vulcanizing agent as an important part of the rubber ingredient has critical impact on the fatigue tear characteristics of rubber product. Previous studies mainly focused on test method, which needs long period and high cost. In this paper, the influences of vulcanizing agents on a certain type elastic component’s tear characteristics were studied using FEA. Therefore, several pieces of rubber material of different ingredients were obtained by adjusting the species and the amount of vulcanizing agents and the material constitutive models of different rubber were obtained firstly, and then the fatigue tear characteristics of the elastic component made of different pieces of rubber material were studied based on ANSYS. Finally, the influence of vulcanizing agents on the fatigue tear characteristics of a certain type elastic component is summarized and verified by experiments.
