蓄压式电控喷油器燃油喷射过程的模拟计算分析

摘    要:建立了蓄压式喷油器的计算模型,并对其喷射过程进行了模拟计算,分析了共轨压力,增压活塞面积比,针阀弹簧预紧力,蓄压室容积以及电磁阀通电时间等因素对喷射过程的影响。所得结果可以为蓄压式喷油器的设计开发提供有价值的参考。

Abstract:The model for the electronic-controlled fuel injector with accumulator is presented in this paper. The injection process of the injector is simulated. The factors such as the common-rail pressure, the area ratio of boost piston, the preload of needle spring, the volume of the accumulator and the dwell time of the electromagnetic valve are simulated and their influences to injection process are analyzed. The obtained results can be used in the design of the electronic-controlled fuel injector with accumulator.
