摘    要:为揭示差厚拼焊管内高压成形中的焊缝移动规律,采用有限元数值模拟分析了焊缝移动随内压的变化规律,研究了厚度比、长度比、摩擦系数和硬化指数等因素对焊缝移动的影响.研究表明:差厚拼焊管内高压成形存在焊缝移动,并导致薄管靠近焊缝处出现减薄峰值;焊缝移动随厚度比和长度比的增大而增大,随摩擦系数和硬化指数的增大而减小;减小焊缝移动的合理拼焊管结构为厚度比小于2.0,长度比小于3.5.

Abstract:To reveal the weld movement phenomenon in hydroforming of tailor-welded tubes with different thicknesses,FEM simulations were carried out to analyze the effects of internal pressure,thickness ratio,length ratio,friction coefficient and hardening coefficient on weld movement.The result indicates that weld movement appears during tailor-weld tube hydroforming.Consequently,obvious thinning happens near the weld seam on the thinner tube.Weld movement increases with the increasing of thickness ratio and length ratio,but decreaseds with the increasing of friction coefficient and hardening coefficient.To reduce the weld movement,the reasonable structure of the tailor-welded tubes should be designed with thickness ratio lower than 2.0 and length ratio lower than 3.5.
