摘    要:本文利用还原扩散法回收钕铁硼油泥制备了再生烧结磁体。首先利用草酸盐共沉淀的的方法将钕铁硼油泥废料制备成铁和稀土元素的混合氧化物;再利用还原扩散的方法将混合氧化物转化成钕铁硼粉末。最后通过纳米NdHx掺杂、取向压型和烧结退火制备出再生烧结磁体。所得再生磁体的最优磁性能为:剩磁(Br)为12.01 kGs,矫顽力(Hci)为6.501 kOe,最大磁能积((BH)max)为32.40 MGOe。

Abstract:Nd-Fe-B sludge is recycled to regenerated sintered magnets by reduction-diffusion process. Method of oxalate coprecipitation is used to obtain mixed oxide containing rare earth and iron from the Nd-Fe-B sludge. Reduction diffusion method is applied to prepare Nd-Fe-B powders from the mixed oxide. Regenerated Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets are prepared by NdHx nanoparticles dopping, orienting, pressing, Orientation sintering and annealing. The best magnetic properties for regenerated magnets are the remanence of 12.05 kGs, the coercivity of 6.502 kOe, and the maximum energy product of 32.40 MGOe.
