摘    要:风载荷是舰载火控雷达伺服传动系统的主要载荷之一,是影响伺服控制性能的重要参数。文中分析了雷达天线阵面及天线座风载荷对雷达伺服控制电机选型的影响,通过ANSYS对某舰载火控雷达风载荷进行建模仿真,对火控雷达正常工作风速下的方位风力矩和俯仰风力矩进行仿真计算,得出天线阵面及天线座的表面压力云图及方位和俯仰的最大风力矩。为伺服控制电机的选型提供了依据,保证了伺服传动系统的正常工作,为同类舰载设备风载荷大小的预估提供了参考。

Abstract:Wind load, as one of the main load of the servo drive system of shipborne fire control radar, is a key parameter affecting the servo control performance. In this paper, the influence of the wind load of the radar antenna array and the antenna pedestal on the selection of radar servo control motor is analyzed. The wind load of a shipborne fire control radar is simulated by ANSYS. The azimuth and pitch wind torque of the fire control radar under normal operation wind speed are computed. The surface pressure cloud and the maximum wind torque of azimuth and pitch of the array and the pedestal are obtained. It provides a basis for the selection of servo control motor, guarantees the normal operation of the servo drive system, and provides a reference for the estimation of the wind load of similar shipborne equipment.
