| Abstract: | ??Since 1970,due to the over-supply of professionals in library labour market,the thriving of fee-based information service,and the reform of library and information science education,part of library sbhool graduates and librarians have turned to information market for new development.The causes for the situation are discussed,and the signifiance and effects on library work,the career choice and the reform of library science education in China are also explored. |
